Terms of Service

These terms of service will apply even if you claim to be unaware of anything that is written within this ToS.
I reserve all rights to the commission piece during the process of creation and the Terms of Service may be subject to change, in which case you will be notified.

Contacting me

I will reply to you with my email address, where you can send the filled in commission form that is written at the end of my full lenght ToS.WHEN MESSAGING ME
- Try to keep your text easy to read and understand.
- Please do not remove any information from earlier messages/notes.

Your commissioned piece

- I have the right to cancel a commission at any time. If that happens, I will tell you why I canceled and you will get a 100 % refund.
- The work done by that time is my property and will not be delivered unless the commission is almost done and we negotiate a price for a work in progress (WIP) image.
- In case of a cancelled commission NOT being sold as WIP image, it remains as my property and I have the right to turn the cancelled commission into an Adoptable art or Your Character Here art and sell it.
- I will retain the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and use the finished piece for self-promotion.
- I have the right to post the finished piece to any and all of my galleries.
- I have the right to choose if I want to keep the commission private or not but you can tell me if you want to stay anonymous.
- You have the right to post/blog the internet version of the finished commission to your own galleries as long as I am given credit and a link back to the original submission in my gallery or a link to my social media.

Limitations

You are not allowed to:
- Resell the piece
- Claim the piece to be made by you
- Use the piece as a base for any sort of adoptable or other product that could be shared or sold.
- Ask for refund after the commission is almost or fully finished
- Remove my signature or watermark from image (internet or print version)
- Share the print version in any way. This includes using the print version as a reference picture when commissioning someone else.
- Change things in the image without asking me first (cropping as an avatar image is allowed without asking).

payment

- Made with Paypal
- Currency used: Euro (EUR) €
- Final price needs to be paid in full before the work process begins.
- I use Paypal invoices so you need to give me your Paypal email. I will not negotiate about this since invoices ensure my safety.
- Customer must be the owner of the Paypal account being used for paying.
- I do not accept payments from a shared accounts or accounts where someone else has access to the password.
- A customer is required to select "NO ADDRESS NEEDED" when making the payment via Paypal invoice.
- Not selecting "NO ADDRESS NEEDED" will not nullify any conditions in this ToS or give you the right for refund since the commission will be a DIGITAL artwork and will not be printed out and sent to customers address.
